Targeting ABL kinases to overcome melanoma immune evasion during MAPKi resistance

Listed in NCBI GEO

We utilized single-cell sequencing to determine the mechanism by which the ABL1/2 inhibitor, nilotinib, prevents the onset of BRAF/MEK inhibitor resistance.

Description

Mice harboring mouse melanomas were treated with BRAF/MEK inhibitors or BRAF/MEK inhibitors plus nilotinib for 4 days, and the resulting tumors were subjected to single-cell RNA-sequencing in order to assess changes in the melanoma and immune populations.
