LIMS2 suppresses growth, metastasis and tumor-associated fibroblast activation in microenvironment of lung adenocarcinoma

Listed in NCBI GEO

Lung cancer is highly malignant and prone to recurrence and metastasis.

Description

Adenocarcinoma is the most common subtype. LIM zinc finger domain containing 2 (LIMS2) was reported to inhibit growth and metastasis of several tumors, and its role in lung adenocarcinoma remains unclear.

This study aims to explore the function of LIMS2 in lung adenocarcinoma. LIMS2 was overexpressed in A549 lung adenocarcinoma cells via lentivirus infectin, and the mRNA sequencing was performed using RNA extracted from A549 cells.
