PD-1IR2 promotes tumor evasion via deregulating CD8+ T cell function

Listed in NCBI GEO

The function and regulation of PD-1/PD-L1 axis have been extensively studied for immune escape of various cancer cells.

Description

However, whether PD-1 isoforms are involved in tumor immune escape still unclear. We demonstrated that the PD-1 isoform PD-1IR2 is expressed in PBMC and a variety of human leukemia cell lines.

In order to investigate the function of PD-1IR2 in the regulation of lymphocytes, we used RNA-seq technology to study the differentially expressed genes induced by PD-1IR2 in CD8+T cells.
