Single cell analysis of SW620/SW620-TET2CD with long time clone culturing

In order to understand the single cell nature of SW620/SW620-TET2CD, we used the SW620/SW620-TET2CD clone from Day6/Day9/Day12/Day15 to start our single cell sequencing and analysis the diffference of single cell gene expression from different samples.
Description
Furthermore,in oder to illustrate the change of SW620 xenografts in nude mice, we collected SW620 xenografts at Week5 after the tumor cells were injected subcutaneously in nude mouse.
Tumor tissues were collected and disocciated to single cells and subjected to scRNA-SEQ.
