Compare the loci-specific histone acetylation on the chromatin of FK228 and Class I HDACs YF mutants overexpression

To compare the H3K27ac effects of FK228 and Class I HDACs YF mutants overexpression and to characterize their inter-dependency, we performed ChIP-seq in AML12 cells in the above-mentioned 4 groups: control, FK228, YF overexpression, and FK228 + YF overexpression.
