Micronanoplastics (MNPs) and Inflammation in Lungs of Children Undergoing Pulmonary Surgical Resection

Listed in NCBI GEO

Samples of peri-lesional lung tissues were collected following resection of pulmonary lesions.

Description

We compared lung tissues from the low-concentration MNP exposure (LCME) versus high-concentration MNP exposure (HCME) groups. RNA-seq found that exposure to airborne MNPs may activate inflammatory responses in the lungs of children.
