Integrated Skin and Liquid Biopsy Immune Modules for Molecular Diagnosis of Cutaneous T Cell Lymphoma

Listed in NCBI GEO

Cutaneous T-cell lymphomas (CTCL) present a diagnostic challenge due to substantial clinical overlap with benign inflammatory conditions, stressing the need for a deeper understanding of disease-specific immune dysregulation.

Description

Here, we define CTCL-specific malignant inflammation (MI) signatures in skin and blood enabling clear diagnosis from benign inflammatory dermatoses.
