This dataset contains bulk RNA-seq profiles of mouse liver tissues from control mice and acute ethanol-exposed mice.
Description
Male C57BL/6J mice were fasted for 12 h and administered a single oral dose of 50% ethanol at 6 g/kg. Liver tissues were collected 24 h after ethanol administration for RNA extraction and sequencing.
