Description
The data file is related to development and validation of yogic leadership scale based on yoga psychology, multiple human intelligences, wellness, consistent leadership theories / models (servant, self, spiritual, conscious and consciousness-based) and cases and personality traits and behaviours of founder leaders of Patanjali Group of Organizations. The data file contains data sets regarding content validity (CVI main data.xlsx) , exploratory factor analysis (EFA main data.xlsx), confirmatory factor analysis (CFA main data.xlsx) and criterion validity (YLS.xlsx, PES.xlsx, VPI.xlsx, RYFF.xlsx, VSQ.xlsx) computations.
