Inhibition of CRIPTO blocks the serial passage capacity of breast cancer organoids.
Description
Here, we sequenced control MDA-MB-468 organoids and organoids expressing a CRIPTO inhibitor, A4Fc, at the time of passaging to determine the effects of CRIPTO blockade of discrete cell populations.
