KAT7-Driven Lactylation of CCAR2 Promotes Macrophage Extracellular Traps Formation and Accelerates Atherosclerosis Progression

Listed in NCBI GEO

KAT7 regulates macrophage foam cell formation and atherosclerosis progression.

Description

To identify transcriptional changes associated with KAT7 deficiency in macrophages, bulk RNA-seq was performed using bone marrow-derived macrophages (BMDMs) from Ctrl and KAT7KO mice. Three biological replicates were included for each group.

Differential expression analysis was performed for KAT7KO versus Ctrl to identify KAT7-regulated genes and pathways in macrophages.
