REDD1 Regulates MERCS, Protein Synthesis and NMJ Stability in Fast Myofibers During Dexamethasone-Induced Muscle Wasting

Listed in NCBI GEO

In this study we investigate the role of REDD1 in the atrophy of fast fiber atrophy and destabilization of neuromuscular junction in response to Dexamethasone treatment.

Description

We notably investigate the effect of REDD1 deletion specifically in skeletal muscle on protein synthesis (including transcription process) and mitochondrial metabolism.
