Source data for “ANXA6 regulates cisplatin resistance in hepatocellular carcinoma through tyrosine metabolism and redox homeostasis”

The deposited data include the individual numerical values used for the quantitative analyses presented in the experimental figures, including cisplatin sensitivity, cell viability, apoptosis, reactive oxygen species (ROS), cell-cycle distribution, RT-qPCR, western blot densitometry, GSH/GSSG, NADPH/NADP+ measurements, and mitochondrial membrane potential analyses. </p><p dir="ltr">The transcriptomic and bioinformatic analyses reported in the associated study were based on publicly available datasets.

Bulk transcriptomic data were obtained from the Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO; GSE54175), single-cell RNA-sequencing data were obtained from GEO (GSE290925), and transcriptomic and clinical data were obtained from the TCGA-LIHC cohort. Publicly available immunohistochemical data were obtained from the Human Protein Atlas (HPA). No new bulk RNA-sequencing or single-cell RNA-sequencing data were generated in this study.</p>
