transcriptional analysis of unfrozen and cryopreserved liver organoids

To analyze the transcriptional changes of unfrozen and cryopreserved liver organoids in cryovials and cryobags using the established CRYSTL cryopreservation protocol, we found that the transcription fidelity was well preserved after cryopreservation.
