Single-cell RNA/TCR-seq of T cells from murine muscle injury and foreign body response to synthetic biomaterial implants

Listed in NCBI GEO

The main objective of this study is to characterize T cell response to tissue injury and foreign body response (synthetic polycaprolactone PCL implant).

Description

We isolate T cells from injured murine muscles with and without fibrotic PCL implants at various timepoints and perform transcriptomic profile using paired single-cell RNA/TCR-sequencing.
