High throughput sequencing of T cells from donors with Down Syndrome

This is a study designed to probe T-cell activation in the context of Down Syndrome.

Description

We obtained blood samples from six donors and stimulated with a mixture of pathogenic peptides designed to elicit and immune response or with DMSO as a control.
