PRMT6 suppresses intestinal inflammation by epigenetically repressing IL-1β [CUT&Tag]

Listed in NCBI GEO

To investigate the effects of PRMT6 knockdown on the genome-wide landscapes of H3K4me3 and H3R2me2a, we performed CUT&Tag profiling of bone marrow-derived macrophages (BMDMs) transfected with control siRNA (siControl) or PRMT6-targeting siRNA (siPRMT6) under basal and LPS-stimulated conditions.
