Individualized outcome prediction classifiers were successfully constructed through expression profiling of a total of 758 (BC360 9.15.2023) and 750 (IO360 9.15.2023) genes in 20 breast cancer (BC) cases.
Description
Differential expression on Oncologic (BC30) and Immunooncogenic IO360) profiling was performed using nCounter NanoString technology.
