Single cell RNAseq data of PBMCs from three patients with primary partial hypopituitarism and three healthy controls, files after removing double cells and background RNA

The raw matrix file for single-cell sequencing is first removed from background RNA contamination using the soupx software package, and then analyzed for double cells using doublefinder software to remove them.
Description
The result files of these two analysis steps are saved in RDS format. CON_1.rds, CON_2.rds, CON_3.rds， PATIENT_1.rds, PATIENT_2.rds, PATIENT_3.rds.
The file is saved after removing background RNA contamination; CON_1_singlet.rds, CON_2_singlet.rds, CON_3_singlet.rds, PATIENT_1_singlet.rds, PATIENT_2_singlet.rds, PATIENT_3_singlet.rds. It is the file after removing the double cells.
