Effects of chronic stress and inulin on the colonic transcriptome of mice

Listed in NCBI GEO

To investigate the effects of chronic stress and inulin on the colonic transcriptome, we performed RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) on colon tissues from mice.

Description

This study aims to reveal the molecular mechanisms underlying chronic stress-induced intestinal alterations and the protective role of inulin.
