Effects of A. baumannii infection on A549 cells

A. baumannii is a human bacterial pathogen, causing severe infections.
Description
A549 cells are a common model for A. baumannii infection. We used RNA-seq to study how A. baumannii affect gene expression in A549 cells.
We also included T5224 treatment since T5224 was shown to have an effect on A. baumannii infection.
