RNA-seq data from non-tumor mammary glands of mice monitored for tumor development

Listed in NCBI GEO

The aim of this study is to evaluate the long-term impact of cabergoline on epithelial dynamics within the glandular component of Brca1/P53-deficient mice.

Description

Mice were monitored for tumor development, and non-tumor mammary glands were analyzed upon sacrifice, resulting in a longitudinal cohort of varying ages. This study also investigates transcriptomic changes associated with tumor progression, providing insight into molecular alterations influenced by cabergoline treatment at different stages of mammary tumor development.
