Selective Janus kinase inhibitors exhibit different effects in murine bone marrow failure

Description
We compared transcriptomes of bone marrow mononuclear cells (BMMNCs) and flow-sorted Lin-Sca-1+c-kit+ cells (LSK/HSPCs) from untreated bone marrow failure (BMF) mice and the mice treated with JAK inhibitors (JAKi): baricitinib (BAR), solcitinib (SOL), fedratinib (FED), and tofacitinib (TOF) at day 10 post BMF induction.
