RNA-seq analysis of subcutaneous white adipose tissues from pancreatic tumor-bearing mice and non-tumor controls

At 4-5 weeks post-surgery, a time when adipose depletion is robust by tumor progression, the transcriptome of sWAT from tumour-bearing mice is strongly enriched for oxidative phosphorylation as well as markers of adipose browning such as Elovl3, Ucp1, and Dio2.
