Anonymised_Data — Complete survey responses from N=392 participants (385 undergraduate S1; 7 postgraduate S2) across six programmes of study. All personally identifiable information (PII) — including respondent names, student identification numbers, email addresses, and submission timestamps — has been permanently removed.

Each respondent is represented solely by an anonymous sequential identifier (R0001–R0392). Contains 11 variables: Respondent_ID, Level, Programme (ID), Programme (EN), Q1–Q6 Likert responses (scale 1–5), and open-ended responses. 3. Variable_Codebook — Full item wording in English for all six Likert items, variable types, response scales, and dimensions measured. 4.

Programme_Reference — Reference table mapping programme names (Indonesian and English) to sample sizes. INSTRUMENT SUMMARY Part A: Six Likert items (scale 1=Strongly Disagree to 5=Strongly Agree) measuring: structural powerlessness (Q1), pedagogical stagnation (Q2), civic self-efficacy (Q3), structural civic competence (Q4), expression–construction gap (Q5), and civic knowledge valuation (Q6). Part B: One open-ended question asking participants to design a systemic solution or protocol for a real community problem.
