Description
Processed scRNA-seq and spatial transcriptomics for Sudmeier et al., Cell Reports Medicine 2022. "Metacluster signatures.xlsx" shows the gene expression profile for each metacluster of brain metastasis-infiltrating PD-1+ CD8+ T cell. "CellphoneDB output.xlsx" contains the CellphoneDB output from spatial transcriptomics experiments.
