Molecular Characterization of auditory nerve with Versican deficiency [re-analysis]

Listed in NCBI GEO

Overall goal of the study is to identify molecular regulators of auditory nerve development and maintenance.

Description

A reanalysis was done for sequencing data (fastq files) deposited under GEO record GSE122045. These samples were prepared from auditory nerve tissue isolated from Young adult C57BL/6 wildtype and Young adult Versican V0/V2 isoform knockout mice (n=3).

This reanalysis was done to identify genes differentially expressed in auditory nerve between wildtype and versican deficient mice.
