Aberrant epithelialization: A plausible factor for the development of endometrial polyps [bulk RNA-seq]

Listed in NCBI GEO

Endometrial polyps (EPs) and adjacent endometrial tissues (adENs) were collected from 12 women undergoing hysteroscopic polypectomy to investigate transcriptomic differences underlying EP development.

Description

Bulk RNA sequencing was performed on all samples to compare gene expression between EPs and adENs. Differential expression analysis revealed high overall transcriptional similarity, with a few significantly altered genes (FDR < 0.05), including upregulation of KMT2B and DLEC1 and downregulation of COL9A1 and RAB3C in proliferative-phase EPs.
