Transcriptomic profiling of PHD2-deficient and control mc38 tumors with or without indole-3-pyruvic acid treatment

Listed in NCBI GEO

This study investigated the role of PHD2 (Egln1) in the transcriptional response of murine colorectal tumors to indole-3-pyruvic acid (IPyA). mc38 vector-control or Egln1/PHD2-deficient cells were used to establish subcutaneous tumors in C57BL/6J mice.

Description

Mice were assigned to untreated/control or IPyA-treated groups, and IPyA was administered intraperitoneally at 0.2 mg/kg every 2 days. Fifteen tumor samples were included in this GEO submission: Vec (n=3), Vec+IPyA (n=4), sgPHD2 (n=4), and sgPHD2+IPyA (n=4).
