Transcriptional profile of Influenza H3-specific memory B cells following LAIV vaccination [LAIV.bulkRNAseq]

Listed in NCBI GEO

Live attenuated influenza vaccination (LAIV) is the only FDA approved mucosal vaccine.

Description

Here, we determined the transcriptional profile of circulating memory B cell subsets that arise 14 days after LAIV vaccination. We used the expression of FcRL5 as a surrogate marker of Tbet+ memory B cells to compare the differences between these memory subsets.

Influenza HA-B-cell tetramers were used to isolate vaccine-specific circulating cells for RNA-seq. These data highlight the differences and similarities between memory B cell subsets that arise following mucosla and intramuscular vaccination.
