RNA-seq profiling of ileal tuft cells with tuft cell-specific HDAC3 deletion

Listed in NCBI GEO

Tuft cells are rare intestinal epithelial cells that contribute to mucosal homeostasis and immune regulation.

Description

To define transcriptional programs associated with histone deacetylase 3 (HDAC3) in tuft cells, we performed RNA sequencing on sort-purified tuft cells isolated from the ileum of mice with tuft cell-specific deletion of HDAC3 (HDAC3ΔTuft) and littermate control (HDAC3 floxed) mice. This dataset provides a resource for examining gene expression differences associated with HDAC3 loss in intestinal tuft cells.
