Single cell RNA sequencing analysis following Kmt2c/Kmt2d and Pten knockout in mouse stomach mucosa.

Listed in NCBI GEO

KMT2C, KMT2D and genes in PI3K pathway are frequently mutated in gastric cancer.

Description

In this study, we developed genetically engineered mouse models to knock out these genes in stomach mucosa and observed development of pre-cancerous and cancerous lesions. To investigate cellular differentiation and transcriptional alterations, we performed single cell RNA sequencing three weeks post gene knockout.
