A Combined Dataset of Single-Cell Transcriptome and Bulk Transcriptome from Peanut Stems in Response to Southern Blight Infection

The single-cell data covers cell type annotation and dynamic gene expression changes in both healthy and infected stems, while the bulk transcriptome data provides tissue-level gene expression profiles.

These data can be used for differential expression analysis, disease resistance-related pathway enrichment, and identification of key regulatory genes. This multi-omics dataset provides fundamental resources to uncover cellular heterogeneity and molecular regulatory networks underlying peanut’s response to S. rolfsii infection, facilitating molecular breeding for disease resistance in peanut.
