Perturbation of epithelial and limbal stem cell identity in pathologic corneal neovascularization
Listed in NCBI GEO
We have employed a single cell sequencing approach using 10x Genomics scRNAseq to study a corneal suture model that damages the epithelium and induces sustained inflammation and neovascularization, focusing on the impact to limbal epithelial stem cells.
Description
Additionally, we evaluated the potential of duloxetine, an FDA-approved medicine, in promoting wound healing and corneal homeostasis at the single-cell level.
