Expression data from B-cell cancer cell lines [HGU133]

In this study, we introduce a data-comprehensive human B-cell cancer cell line (HBCCL) panel comprising 17 diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) cell lines and 18 multiple myeloma (MM) cell lines.
Description
The panel includes integrated datasets from drug dose–response screens (11 agents), gene expression profiling, and quantitative proteomics. The utility of this resource is illustrated with examples of analyses applicable to investigating molecular mechanisms and drug responses in B-cell malignancies.
