ceRNA expression profiling of sunitinib-resistant and parental clear cell renal cell carcinoma cells

To identify circular RNAs associated with sunitinib resistance in clear cell renal cell carcinoma, ceRNA expression profiles were compared between parental 786-O cells and sunitinib-resistant 786-OR cells using a one-color human ceRNA microarray.
Description
Differential expression analysis identified resistance-associated circRNAs, including circLAMA5 (hsa_circ_0061093), for subsequent functional and mechanistic investigation.
