RIP-seq and N6-methyladenosine RIP-seq (MeRIP-seq) in UM-UC-3 cells

Listed in NCBI GEO

Cisplatin resistance and tumor relapse are the leading causes of the mortality in muscle-invasive bladder cancer (MIBC).

Description

Preceding evidence supported that basal/squamous subtype, N6-methyladenosine (m6A) modifications and hypoxia are associated with a reduced chemotherapy response. To explore the m6a modification in UM-UC-3 cells, we performed RNA immunoprecipitation with an antibody against m6a (No. 202003, Synaptic Systems, Germany) and IMP2 , and sequencing was performed using Illumina NovaSeq 6000.
