The single-nucleus RNA-seq of AAV-Abeta42 injected hippocampus of crab-eating macaque

In our previous work, we found that hippocampal injection of AAV-Aβ42 induced robust Aβ deposition, increased abnormal phosphorylated tau (pTau) pathology, and neurodegeneration in the aged hippocampus, but not in young monkeys.

Description

To investigate the mechanisms underlying this age-dependent difference, we performed single-nucleus RNA sequencing (snRNA-seq) on monkeys at two developmental stages.
