The tumorigenesis and development of Acute Myeloid leukemia (AML) is associated with an immuno-suppressive microenvironment.
Description
Monocytic AML cells are a critical cell subset that induces drug resistance, which has been demonstrated to have some immuno-suppressive function. However, it remains unclear about the regulatory mechanism, as well as available targets, of immuno-suppression in monocytic AMLs.
In this study, we performed bulk ATAC sequencing analyses from THP-1 cells, and aimed to explore the novel biomarkers and potential mechanism about immune suppression in monocytic AML.
