Chromatin accessibility differences in RXRαβ-deficient and WT alveolar macrophages using the CD11c-Cre+ mouse model (ATAC-Seq)
Listed in NCBI GEO
The main objective of this study was to compare the epigenetic landscape of alveolar macrophages in mice lacking both RXR subtypes (RXRα and RXRβ), to identify differences in the chromatin accessibility that are controlled by these nuclear receptors.
