Longitudinal spatial transcriptomics of murine IL10KO colitis

In order to describe in detail the processes involved in chronic colitis, we performed spatial transcriptomics at multiple time points in a IL10KO colitis mouse model.
Description
These data were compared to bulk RNAseq and scRNAseq (GSE255423) results from the same mice within the same study.
