Description
PLGC-related targets were screened through multiple databases such as Gene Cards and OMIM. The PPI network diagram of Rhizoma Acori graminei-Curcuma aromatic in treating PLGC was constructed using Cytoscape software and String database.
GO and KEGG analyses were conducted on the Metascape platform to identify biological pathways related to target proteins. Molecular docking was simulated using AutoDock Tools software. Cell experiments were conducted using the PLGC cell model induced by N-methyl-N'-nitro-N-nitrosoguanidine (MNNG).

The effects of Rhizoma Acori graminei-Curcuma aromatic on MNNG-induced cells (MC) were detected through cell proliferation and viability assay (CCK-8), cell scratch assay, Real-time PCR, and flow cytometry.
