Gene expression profile at single cell level of intestinal epithelial cells from the distal colon

Listed in NCBI GEO

In our inital data, we found AOM-treated AND-1 mutant mice (T819A ) showed increased colorectal cancer (CRC) incidence.

Description

Since common fragile sites (CFSs) instability were identified to be associated with CRC. We used colon as a model to perform single cell RNA sequencing to broadly characterize CFSs stability and CFSs-associate gene expression across cell types.
