Tissue-specific gene expression patterns in fibroblast cell lines

Fibroblast cell lines from the dermis of the skin, the oral cavity, and the lungs were cultured in serum free DMEM and gene expression patterns were examined by RNA sequencing to determine tissue specific gene expression and programs expressed in fibroblasts in different tissues.
