Transcriptomic Analysis Identifies Urinary CXCL10 as an Early Biomarker for Subclinical Acute Rejection SCAR in Kidney Transplantation

Listed in NCBI GEO

Description

Our study on 4 four main objectives: (i) evaluate the incidence of SCAR in a clinical prospective study of kidney transplant patients who underwent protocol biopsies at established times; (ii) analyze the molecular pattern of SCAR tissue; (iii) identify urinary biomarkers linked to SCAR gene expression; (iv)validate the identified biomarkers in an external independent cohort of kidney transplant patients.
