Bulk RNA-seq of human PBMCs following LRRN3-203-promoting splice modulation

Listed in NCBI GEO

Alternative splicing can regulate immune-cell function.

Description

This study examines transcriptional changes following CRISPR-mediated splice modulation favoring LRRN3-203 in human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs). Bulk RNA sequencing was performed on matched LRRN3 splice-modulated and non-targeting control samples from three healthy donors to characterize the associated gene-expression changes.
