Somatic mutation and clinical follow-up data of an EGFR-mutant NSCLC cohort with TP53 co-mutation

The dataset includes: EGFR mutation subtype, TP53 co-mutation status, variant allele frequency (VAF), age, sex, smoking history, histological type, clinical stage, treatment regimens, and overall survival (OS).

All data are de-identified; sample IDs were recoded (1, 2, ...), and no personally identifiable information is included. Raw sequencing reads (FASTQ) are held by the testing laboratory and are not publicly available due to patient privacy considerations; they may be obtained from the corresponding author on reasonable request. This dataset supports the analyses in the manuscript "Subtype-specific and dose-dependent prognostic value of TP53 co-mutation in EGFR-mutant non-small cell lung cancer: a retrospective cohort study".
