Role of E2F Transcription Factor 1 in the Pathogenesis of Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension

Listed in NCBI GEO

Dysregulated transcriptional programs are central to pulmonary vascular remodeling in pulmonary arterial hypertension.

Description

This bulk RNA-seq submission includes primary human lung microvascular endothelial cells transduced with adenoviral E2F1 or control adenovirus and mouse whole-lung samples from tamoxifen-induced E2f1 iDKO and Egln1 iCKO cohorts. The data were generated to define E2F1-associated transcriptional programs in endothelial cells and in the Egln1-driven pulmonary hypertension model.
