This dataset contains processed 10x Genomics single-cell RNA-seq data from synovial fluid cells of three treatment-naive osteoarthritis (OA) patients.
Description
These OA samples were used as controls in the published Nature Communications study "Single cell immunoprofile of synovial fluid in rheumatoid arthritis with TNF/JAK inhibitor treatment" (doi: 10.1038/s41467-025-57361-0), which profiled synovial fluid immune cells to characterize rheumatoid arthritis-associated cellular states and treatment-related immune remodeling.
