Medullary cavity expansion is mediated by distinct cell populations during fetal bone development [scRNA-seq]
Listed in NCBI GEO
Single-cell RNA-sequencing was performed to examine the transcriptional landscape of murine fetal primary ossification center in early bone and bone marrow development.
Description
We particularly focused on the identification of potential osteoclast-inducing cells in the developing bone and aimed to analyzed its cellular fates.
